We are looking for an organized Trucking Officer to manage the delivery of goods from client warehouses to all government ports. Trucking officer ensures that goods are delivered on time and undamaged.
To be successful as a Trucking Officer you must be able to multitask and in constant communication with various roleplayers in the shipping process.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Plan delivery routes
• Record shipment details on the computer system.
• Follow up drivers to complete deliveries.
• Respond to client feedback or complaints.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in same position in Freight Forwarder
• Highly effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Knowledge of import and export
• Interpersonal skills and relationship building
• Deadline-oriented
