Senior Reefer Operations & Customer Service
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
✔️Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Freight Forwarding Operations & Customer Service.
✔️ Extensive hands-on experience in handling Reefer Export Shipments.
✔️ Strong knowledge of temperature-controlled cargo, shipping lines, export documentation, and international logistics procedures.
✔️ Ability to independently manage shipments from booking to final delivery.
✔️ Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer relationship management skills.
✔️ Experience dealing with key clients, overseas agents, and shipping lines.
✔️ Fluent English communication skills.
