Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Following up, collection and allocation of payments into system.
- Carrying out collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines
- Reconciliation of accounts.
- Monitoring customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities.
- Maintaining accounts receivable customer files.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 3– 5 years of experience preferably in Freight Forwarding in the same position.
- Excellent communication skills Ability to learn.
- hard worker with high level of discipline.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
